The Visionary Society, valued members of the Perkins family, are leadership donors whose unrestricted contributions to Perkins help maintain the programs and services that transform lives every day.

We invite you to be a part of The Visionary Society family. Together, we give infants and toddlers a better start in life, help elders, support families and give children the skills to build productive, meaningful lives. Learn more about The Visionary Society family.

All Visionary Society Members receive:

  • Subscription to The President's Letter, a semi-annual behind-the-scenes look at Perkins programs
  • Listing in The Lantern, our semi-annual magazine
  • Listing in the Perkins Annual Report and Honor Roll, displayed in Perkins main reception hall
  • Invitations to select on-campus events
  • Annual cocktail reception with the President

Donors are recognized as co-sponsors of the Summer On-Campus Program and on Perkins' website.

Samuel Gridley Howe Circle ($2,500-$4,999)
Donors are recognized as co-sponsors of the Pre-School Family Conference in literature and on Perkins' website.

Julia Ward Howe Circle ($5,000-$9,999)
Donors are recognized as co-sponsors of the Perkins Training Center on a plaque and on Perkins' website.

Anne Sullivan Circle ($10,000-$24,999)
Donors are recognized as co-sponsors of the Samuel P. Hayes Librarian Fund on a plaque and on Perkins' website.

Helen Keller Circle ($25,000+)
Donors are recognized as co-sponsors of advanced training scholarships for Perkins teaching staff.
